its ancient Chinese heritage, Chiang Mai's Chinese cuisine is not to be missed
and Jasmine offers a splendid example with Cantonese delicacies alongside regional
and local dishes. Miyuki
on the mezzanine floor is for authentic Japanese cuisine prepared by a Japanese
chef, while the Garden Café serves Northern and other regional Thai dishes
and international cuisine on an all-day basis. If
you are in need of a cooling drink after wandering around town, or a snack, or
are meeting up with friends, the Lobby Bar is a cool place to unwind Jasmine
Located
on the Mezzanine Floor and with seating for 150 people, Jasmine serves fine Cantonese
cuisine along with other regional Chinese specialities. Décor is modern
with engraved glass screens and a light colour scheme to provide a feeling of
space, and there is a long window to let in plenty of natural light.
Chiang
Mai's Chinese heritage is very much in evidence in the cuisine provided here,
and Jasmine is a favourite venue for local people in addition to visitors. Dim
sum lunches are highly popular here. Private rooms are available Miyuki
Miyuki's
gorgeous Japanese décor with its lattice screens, blond-wood tables and
granite and timber floor is a perfect setting for fresh sushi and sashimi, teppanyaki
dishes, and other Japanese delicacies prepared by our Japanese chef.
There
is a separate sushi counter with seats where diners can watch the chefs at work,
and the service is in traditional Japanese style with elegant hostesses. A
number of set dinners are available, along with a full a la carte. Set lunches
provide excellent value, and this is a busy lunchtime venue. Miyuki
can seat 120 people, and private tatami rooms are available
Garden
Café Located
on the ground floor of the hotel and with seating for 100 people, Garden Café
is a bright, light and modern restaurant that is open all day. The white walls
and red tiled floor combine to make this a particularly attractive venue both
during daytime and at night, with Garden Café open from 6 am to midnight. The
menu has a range of regional Thai dishes along with Asian favourites and an international
selection. The
full a la carte is available throughout the day, and there are buffets also available
for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lobby
Bar The
Lobby Bar, located to the side of the hotel Lobby with its white marble and Lanna-era
decorative style, is a cool and tranquil spot to relax with a drink and a snack,
and to meet up with friends. Open
from 6 am to midnight, the Lobby Bar has seating for 50 people. Meeting
Room Backed
by complete first-class facilities and services, Royal Princess Chiang Mai's Vimarnman
Room, on the 10th floor, is ideal for small to medium-size meetings and seminars,
along with important social events and celebrations. The room which has windows
along one side to let in natural light is large enough for a dinner-dance for
150 persons.
