- an indulgent sanctuary created exclusively for your pleasure and well-being.
The fragrance of specially blended oils, herbs and spices fills the air, and your
body and mind immediately relax in anticipation of the exotic experience that
awaits. The
Spa at Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai, chosen as the World's Best Spa by Conde
Nast Traveller (UK) in the 2007 Reader's Award, features seven spacious treatment
suites offering total privacy for individuals or couples. Each suite offers a
variety of facilities, including outdoor showers, private herbal steam rooms and
outdoor soaking tubs. Two of the suites have tropical rainshower massage tables.
The spa also features a lanna-style beauty salon. The
range of Four Seasons treatments is inspired by ancient Thai rituals using native
herbs, spices and aromatic oils created through traditional rural methods and
focusing on the use of organic ingredients. One of our spa specialists will help
choose the most beneficial therapy for you.
Massages-
Traditional Thai This
ancient massage technique (also known as yoga massage) has been handed down through
centuries. Based on the application of pressure along the energy lines of the
body, together with stretching of muscles, Thai massage stimulates energy flow
and eases muscles, replacing tension and stress with a feeling of energy and peace.
Guests wear a locally made two-piece massage garment of soft cotton for this treatment.
A 90-minute Thai massage is a full-body massage with stretching, while a 120-minute
massage also treats specific areas of
the body. Dining Sala
